Bad employment record

I'll spare you the gory details, but... my employment record sucks. I haven't held a single job for more than three months. And honestly, I think that's worse than having absolutely no experience. When I fill out applications, should I just leave "Past Employment" blank ( Read more... )

What you can do is put under "reason for leaving" ask. When they ask, explain maybe that you had been going through stressful personal circumstances. Especially as you get older, employers are more willing to write things off as youthful indiscretion. Don't give up, it looks worse to any employer, or government entity, if you need financial assistance, if you give up. You will find something. Good luck.

Man, I would just sift through the lesser of the evils on there. For instance, my first 2 jobs I left on good terms, then I had this bout of bad luck with bad employers. Here's what I put on my apps ( ... )
