Automatic rejection
Since seasonal jobs ended, I've been trying to find a new source of income. A few days ago there were some openings online for a chain store within a 5 mile drive of my house, so I submitted a resume/application yesterday and though it says "You are currently being considered for this job.", the submittal status is "Not Being Considered".
Did I get automatically rejected?
And have you guys had more luck applying in person, or applying online? I can't seem to find a store that has applications, but I keep getting rejecting everywhere online because of my lack of experience.
