So far this year I've applied for 65 jobs and 3 volunteer organizations (4 if you count my offer to work free for a local co-op). I apply to an average of 7 jobs a month (ranging from 3 to 13). I've had 8 interviews (6 in or before March; 0 from an Internet job search); that's about 12% of my applications that result in face-time.
Clearly, I need to apply more frequently; the above poster applied for 107 jobs a month, with 11 interviews (that's about a 10% success rate). I'm curious how you all are doing.
