Time Zone?
If you haven't done it already, double-check your time zone.
Go to> My NaNoWriMo and choose Edit User Settings.
Twice this year NaNoWriMo keeps trying to give me extra time! I should be Eastern time but the site keeps changing me to Pacific. I don't want to use an extra 3 hours to get me over the finish line. :)
A few years ago the site changed my time zone in other direction and it took me a half hour to figure out why I couldn't validate at the last minute.
