Your favourite characters in Harry Potter? My ultimate favourite has always been and will always be Hermione. Though recently my soft spot for McGonagall has grown to astounding proportions, I'll always love Luna, and Snape has a special place in my heart. So does Lily, but more because of her love for Harry, than the whole Snape/Lily plotline.
Which book is your favorite? Are there any scenes that stand out to you in particular? Prisoner of Azkaban, though in recent years my love for Goblet of Fire has grown also. Particular scenes for me- obviously the Shreiking Shack scene in POA, where everything is explained. I just love the dynamic (albeit briefly seen) between Remus, Sirius, and Snape. Another scene for me is the one in GoF, where Harry's just come back from the Prefect's Bathroom, and he drops the egg and gets stuck in the stairs. Then Snape, Moody (well, Crouch Jnr.) and Filch appear and have a bit of a row. I just love seeing the adults interact. And along that line, the McGonagall/Snape fight in the Ravenclaw common room is equally excellent.
Have you seen the movies? Which one do you like best? PoA, because, IMO, it's the best movie. Which of course doesn't mean it's the best adaption, but as a movie, it works the best. Close second is Deathly Hallows P2, mostly because I'm still buzzing from it.
Do you have any fandoms besides Harry Potter? What are they? Just a list here, cause I'm getting lazy. But Doctor Who and Ashes to Ashes are my main other two. And then Gossip Girl, How I Met Your Mother, House.
Here in Ravenclaw, we're all about the learning. What's your favorite book that isn't in the HP series? Hard to pick. But I really like His Dark Materials, by Philip Pullman, and the Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness. I'll always love Pride and Prejudice. Also A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle.
Other interests: Hm... I love to dance, though I haven't been as much this year, which makes me sad.
