American Dreamz, dreamz with a Z
So i've been keeping myself busy with materialistic joys. You can always tell i've been shopping when my spirits are fully up and aroused. New Fossil wallet for all you fuckers to fawn over. New IPod case. New ear buds for said ipod. Also speakers so i can listen to said pampered IPod at work. Cute new spring time dress which i of course HAD to have. And most importantly, NEW HAMMOCK should be in the mail on Friday. Just in time for the lazy weekend lounge. Oh yeahhhhhh. Ran over to the library to pick up some books to choose from in the lazy weekend lounge.
With all this free time i've decided it's time the Lizzy go back to school. I believe i'm going to attempt either an AAS in Business Administration and Management or an AS in Accounting. Maybe both since they have many classes in common. The office provides me with tuition reimbursement as well. =) Happy times.
Shirelle and myself are trying to plan some sort of early June vacation. Perhaps a cruise. Wherever we end up, it will be most exciting.
That's really all i've been up to lately. Extrememly busy at work seeing as they laid off 2 people in my department with no intention of replacing them. How does this affect you Lizzy? you may ask. Well, my most inquisitive acquaintances, my department primarily consists of 6 individuals not including the receptionist, 2 of whom will now be going leaving 4 to do the work of 6. Oh joyous day. Being overworked with no compensation is just so grand.
But it's okay, once i have my hammock, there can be no problems, only lazy weekend lounges with the occassional after work stretch out. Maybe once it gets here i may even catnap, or hell, i can snooze if i well desire, and desire i may.
