eosrose says: The build up is absolutely perfect. From the very start it is clear where the relationship between Merlin and Arthur is headed, but they're both silly boys who can't bring themselves to simply confess what it is they want. I find this story endearing beyond all measure.

Summary: When Special Auror Merlin Emrys is forced to protect Muggle Arthur Pendragon, he assumes that the job will be an easy one. Then he meets the man, and he just might kill Arthur before anyone else can.
eosrose says: Having spent years lurking in the Harry Potter fandom, I've encountered more than my fair share of crossovers-and therefore know that they can be very very scary. Many crossovers are poorly thought out, but not this one. ansera knows exactly what she's doing and provides us with a well-constructed world in which the characters of Merlin are very much themselves while still working within the framework of Rowling's universe. This story blew me away the first time I read it. Even if you don't usually like crossovers, I would give this one a shot. It may surprise you!

eosrose says: Merlin tries so very hard to be bad, but he just can't seem to shake his half-human morals! This story is amusing, sweet, and for once has Arthur well aware of his feelings long before Merlin. I'm a glutton for the angel/demon cliches, so seeing this put a real sparkle of glee in my eyes!
katerina-black says: God, have I ever been craving some well executed crack, and this is it. Merlin is just so wonderfully incompetent at being evil, and Arthur so clearly in love with Merlin's human and demon bits too boot. ^_^ Delicious.

Summary: Merlin was no expert, but the minstrel troupe's performance in the courtyard seemed to be going fairly well until the dragon landed on the roof of the Great Hall.
eosrose says: If you like Arthur being a noble prat, Merlin being in way over his head, and dragons doing some voyeuristic matchmaking this is the story for you! It's humorous, delightful, and an absolutely a must-read for any Arthur/Merlin shipper.
katerina-black says: OMG, dragons! If I had to put up with them like poor Merlin, I too would bash my head against a tree in frustration. Still, matchmaking dragons are one of the best parts of this fandom, and this fic delivers an awesome one. And Artur is fantastically protective, and off to rescue a Merlin who probably doesn't need rescuing. So cute!
