The day is good and so was the KPOP PV debuts for this week!

Ever since I first saw the teaser, the suspense was excruciating! I was wishing for a long time that SNSD would do something like a Bond Girl theme whether it was for a single or album promo. Or even a photo-shoot for a music or fashion magazine. The girls look awesome and I was hoping SM wouldn't screw over the fans by making the teaser more exciting than the actual video. They didn't and I absolutely love the video! The painful wait was well worth it! I love that Choi Siwon (from KPOP boy band super stardom group, SUPER JUNIOR) stars in the PV as some double agent looking for "the girl" as she alludes him through different areas of the mansion. There's 2 dance cuts and what I call pretty cuts where it shows pretty profile shots and body shots of the girls as they sing and what-not. I totally love it and I've watched it about 10 times already. I don't care what anyone says, I LOVE the elevator cuts of the PV. Not only did it look cool, I saw many outfits that screamed 60's fashion I've seen Audrey Hepburn or Nancy Sinatra wear in a movie or photo shoot. I found that "RUN DEVIL RUN" is my favorite song but this one is nice too. The voices are nice and harmonize sweetly together making very catchy phrases in some parts of the song. Not much of a 60's inspired song but it sticks to your head like peanut butter. It would be better without Taeyeon's wailing but I can never have everything I want in a KPOP song. ;D It's total must see for every single one of the SNSD/Girls Generation fan out there. I love their hair styles and the dance sequence costumes were pretty cool! You really got to give some props to these girls who are known for stepping out some really memorable dance routines. This is no different and they totally did not disappoint me at all. Such cute moves that can only come from SNSD. One compliant I have is that they have "008" instead of the "009". They do not show enough of Hyo Yeon! MY FAVORITE MEMBER. It's a shame and I hope she gets more air time in the future because she is talented and very beautiful! ♥

Not a big fan of them. They are total newbies. All I really know about them is what I read recently that 2 members leave and they are replaced by another 2. I'm not really interested in looking at the debut single and video. What's the point? Looking at faces of two girls in the group I'll never see again? No. I just checked this out on a whim and I wasn't disappointed. The beginning of the video had me frowning a bit. I felt like I watching a really bad JPOP PV and the voices were not very good. I wasn't expecting anything else and I was going to click the window off when the catch of the song gets better and there's vocalizing that makes the song have a whole different feel than it did just moments before. I'll tell you something, to me; cute girls ( in any nationality ) that have a 'tude thing going on usually turns me off but when I saw the first dancing sequence, I fell in love with the song and the dance moves are not that bad. They look like tons of fun!!! I love the leathery outfits they have!!! TOTALLY WANT. I think they should have left the girl-band scene out. I hate nothing more than a bunch of poppy sweet 'tude-full girls getting on instruments they don't know how to play and just improvise. It made my eyes burn with fury but since I'm so into the song at this point, I decide to ignore it. Girl's Day gets a thumbs up from me. With so much they've gone through they just have to look up and keep on going. I expect great things from them and I'll be waiting and watching. I suggest this to anyone who likes a good rock inspired pop-dance song to listen to. ♥

KARA, KARA, KARA... *tsk, tesk, tsk* This a new track from them and is their official 2nd Japanese single and is a new song, not a cover from a previously Korean song sung by them. I was hoping they'd cover "WANNA" in Japanese. Too bad, so sad - just like their Japanese. I thought it was Korean until I read JAPANESE single. Whoops. They did their job right even if their Japanese was horrible. The melody, beats and catch lines in the song are very JPOP. What should I expect, right? WRONG! Just because they sing a song in JAPANESE does NOT mean they can make it song as mediocre as the JPOP sounds and looks! If I offended some JPOP fans who are reading this, I apologize, I'm not rattling at you, dears. But I have a right to say my opinion about the JPOP industry. KARA could do whole lot better than these. I hated the choreography and I hated the concept of the video. The girls did look pretty and the outfits were cute. I guess. I do like the song. I'll never watch the video in it's entire 2 minutes and 59 seconds ever again but I wouldn't mind putting the song on my ipod playlist. ♥

I can't wait to see SNSD and Girl's Day perform these songs live. I love my KPOP! ♥

I love you all! Latas! *MWAH*
