Friday:
I was lazy and stayed in bad way too long, but I motivated and got most of my stuff moved. Thanks to Bryan, Rob, and Bren for that, but I took my sweet time getting the truck back to the townhouse so Bren lost time to get his stuffed moved, so he helped me move most of my other stuff into my storage unit.
Saturday:
A Crazy say at the Depot as Always, stupid customers and co-workers as well. Then came game, it was one hell of a CF. There were 4 zones: Rob was running All Flesh Must Be Eaten, Ed was running Call of Cthulu, Bryan was running Quake, and then there was me... it has been talked about for years, but there my group was, in the "Night of a Million, Billion Ninjas" there was much insanity and a couple of renditions of the Ninja Rap from the TMNT Movie, but it seemed everyone had a good time (as far as I have been told so far) but I am sure there were a few that were less than impressed by the insanity of the night. But into everynight there is a knife that must find flesh, and that night it was the confirmation on the rumor that there is a petition going around in Baltimore for a Vote of Confidence on the Staff. I am none to happy about it, I am doing my best to make sure everyone is having a good time, and to hear of this is telling we that I am failing somewhere, I have been told that it can be as a big a morale boost as detriment, but I still worry about being voted out, I would love to be able to play my character in my "home" game, but I also want to keep on the path of improving the game that I feel I have been doing fairly well with, but only time will tell.
Sunday:
Sundays at the Depot are either one of two things, either slow as hell that makes the day drag along or busy as can be and makes time fly by, but leave not enough time in the day. Today was definately the former, If the work day could have drug along any worse I would have put a bullet in my brain. the highlight of the workday was the extended lunch I had to take in the middle of the day to cut some overtime where I got to stop back by my new place and play with my kitten for a little while, made the day a bit more bearable. Speaking of which, I think I have this whole keeping her fed while the other cats in the house are around to keep them from gorging themselves on her food, just need to see how well that is going to work as yet. the other highlight of the day was sitting down to a home cooked meal (Thanks Kris!!!) and watching Wrestlemania XXII. I haven't seen a wrestling PPV in so long, I forgot just how entertaining and mind numbing they can be, but I may just give it another go 'round and see where they have taken the classic Male Soap Opera this time around.
Thus the new Icon, of a favored wrestler of old :)
Night To all,
And a wonderful week ahead :)
