Craziness
Ok the needed update....
Work has been driving me crazy, it makes me hate people more and more. I am glad they pay me decently
I have been pretty depressed recently, I have been in some pretty bad financial straights of recent, which thanks to a little extra work and a 3 paycheck month in December should make things alot better... also my single status has really had me down... I know I harp on it too often for my own good, but it seems like when everything is going right, I get kicked in the teeth or the blueballs or whatever you want to call them. I have been talking to this girl recently, I am pretty interested in her, she just seems a good fit, but within 8 days, there were 3 different aborted dates, and little communication at the time, in the week since I have gotten a much better understanding of what happened, but it certainly didn't keep me from feeling down, its kinda funny really, its not all that often that a girl seeks me out instead of vice-versa, so I got my hopes up a bit. Now we are talking again and things seem to be headed in the right direction.
Game is game, I am getting frustrated, but being short handed isn't helping things, and still dealing with my preconceived notions of what being an st is like, not to mention, not being able to play my favorite character where I feel safest, but these things happen.
The one thing that is definately going right is my friends, they are all here for me when I need them, and there is no ammount of words that can express my gratitude.
The one great highlight of the recent weeks is from tonight, Bren's Parent's invited folks over for dinner, and after being a bump on the log and not wanting to go anywhere, I decide to bite the bullet and head out, dinner was awesome, and then we spent hours at the fire circle, where at some point in the night Bren gets this idea to make a torch, so instead of some wool, or cotton cloth, he comes back with a gut piece of some sweatpants, and Olive Oil, but I'll be darned if it didnt work pretty darn well, at one point we get the bright idea of lighting cigarettes off of it for the sake of taking pictures. but they do look pretty sweet, I will post them once they get sent from the Camera Phone.
