Fish and swim
The puddles were so large coming home yesterday, and it's still raining now that there may actually be fish living in them already being blown from the gulf.
We managed to hit the coast with a brief break in the storms rolling in from the gulf and walked on the beach. Toad said, "How far are we going?" I dunno, i replied, YOU are responsible for that... i'm just scrubbing my toes in the sand. Barefoot and not hot i walked along trying to keep up with the toad running in his jacket and timberland 'sneakers'.
TOAD, the shells hurt, i can't run. So he'd take these silly tiny baby steps. Arg!
But, we got in at least forty five minutes of walking fast for exercise. I slid down a sand hill and twisted my knee, but kept walking it out slowly, and it did okay. doesn't hurt now.
YIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe.
