edging, yardwork
Toad edged yesterday.
I trimmed azaleas and meanvine(smilax) and placed the edged grass bits in the yard.
Then we had tunafish salad for lunch which i began making. Les called, so i spoke with her flat out lying down on the floor, and anna, who got new frog clothes!, then toad congratulated mr. harris on his fine new job and we ate.
We headed to lowes to look at ovens where toad was aghast at the piracy price of the wall mount vs range ovens. He says only if he likes the viking are we going to get a new wall oven. He says he'll try to convert the controls to knobs vs the computer control panel that won't work. YAY! that's my favorite option at this point.
The other is to redo the kitchen with an old fashioned gas range like on rachel ray's set at the foodnetwork kitchens.
We went to the beach, then we found a new place for fish and chips that was really great. It's called The Wheelhouse and it's in gulfshores, alabama. YUM!!!!
