choline and inositol are my friends

i've known since trying a shacklee powder and getting way over sugared but then trying just the vitamins that there's something to the way my body responds to choline and inositol.

I have some liquid lecithin in a brown bottle that i added to morning shakes all last year. This year since the time switch toad has been making the shakes and there's no lecithin in the 'snack shakes' i'm having since i'm not having them. My boss got bars or shakes that happened to have it in them, and i'd drag one and have it between ten and noon every day. I ate breakfast at six or sixfifteen so i could be there by seven. Because i'm diabetic, i needed something low carb with a pick me up.

Well the last month i have been bummed. Part was because of the prop wreck and the fact that we are stuck here for the summer. There went the travelling money. Part is because the writing isn't going so well and a few other little disappointments are annoying. Well, that shouldn't be enough to unbounce me but it has. I've hardly been writing in LJ which is indicative of something wrong.

Therefore i grabbed out the bottle and poured a thick stream on to the ice in my ice coffee along with the cinnamon and hey, that's not so bad. The "ick" cloud has lifted some and i feel more like me, and there's no sugar blues, sugar rush to contend with. Mind you i LIKE the sugar rush, just not the blues.

So, *poke* i have to remember to take 'em and to remind toad to stick them in the morning shakes. Ribbit!

and find something in the middle of the morning and i absolutely have to demand we go swimming on saturday or sunday because this is getting ridiculous. It's too freakin polleny and hot and nasty but not so humid as above 87 most of the time, and curious that it's 87% humidity a great deal. Why? :)

We freakin really need rain. It has not rained on this yard since the beginning of march, i know before march 7. It's rained around here some, and north, but not here.

inositol, choline, mood, drought
