(note: these aren't actual step by step recipies, just general guides for myself if I want to recreate)
food created tonight: fake indian vegetarian stew
3/4 box of medium shells
6 red potatoes (yukon gold might be good too due to starchiness)
4-5 celery stalks
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 serrano chile pepper (leaving some seeds in)
2 cloves garlic
5-8 basil leaves
1 white onion
15-20 baby carrots
half bag of spinach
parsley flakes
red curry powder
cayenne red pepper
onion powder
garlic salt
kosher salt
black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
preparation time: 30min-1 hour
cooking time: 1-2 hours (depends)
Everyone came over and the fake indian vegetarian stew was delicious.
other food (from monday): macaroni with potatoes.

1/4 bag spinach
3 tomatoes
8 baby carrots
1 clove garlic
4 basil leaves

cooking time: 30min-1 hour
