Home from WORK
Hey all, I went to work today!
It might not sound like a big deal, or even a good thing. But I haven't been able to say that in about two-and-a-half years, so I'm pretty tickled. Before anybody gets started with the congratulations, I'll say that it's just a bit of pick-up work. Someone I met through the dance community has a business and needed someone to help them catch up on a bunch of paperwork. So it's not permanent, or even something I'd want to do for very long, but for now it's great. I'm getting my feet wet going back to working, I'm getting a local reference, and I'll probably make a couple hundred bucks. Not bad!
It probably won't go beyond this week, but it's a start. Hopefully there is more work of some sort in my future!
