when we studied buddhism i totally loved it for some reason and got intrested in what we were learing about buddha. i love my church though. if you are into religion that is the opposite of like baptist, all praising and everyone loud, then you might enjoy it. but i saw you didnt like methodist and if you were to look at a list of how things are realated, its like Catholics, Episcopal(mwa), presbaterian(sp)(lutheran and anglican i guess are about here), and then methodist. so they are closrly related. i love my minister though. i love when things are always what you except. i like knowing that every sunday we are going to say certain prayers, and have communion every sunday, and there will be acolytes very proudly carrying the cross and bible to the front of the church. i love also to go to the 9 o'clock family service cause it is for the kids so i get to dance to fun church songs like waves of mercy. and to watch kids understand the lesson in their own words cause sometimes i need things written out in simple language. and if you ask

tessa dear, i'm with you. sorta always had my own "religion." i'm not what one might call a 'religious' person, but i have beliefs. sometimes i've wished i were catholic or jewish so that i could be knee-deep in tradition, but then i actually think about it and remember that it's just a bunch of craziness that a lot of people decided to go along with. whatever i learn about buddhism i like. it goes right along with what i already believe, but since i don't know everything there is to know about it, i've never declared myself under it. but i totally know where you're coming from.
