Moi's Neighborhood Water Mod?

So the "Mirrory"water mod is "currently under a fix" therefore it doesn't effin' work.
And the Dark Blue set isn't apparently there. Does anyone on my f-list have that Dark Blue mod in their folder that they're willing to share with me?
I'm honestly a little annoyed with the fact that the only natural colored ones are the ones that AREN'T THERE.
I tried looking through the comments to find some clues but all saw was the repetitive question about the reflective water.
Anywho, any help with this would really be appreciated. I'll even reward you with muffins.
