I hate Georgia Summers with a passion. It's nasty, sticky and mosquitoes here seem to be immune to repellents. I can't wait for Fall. I love being able to have my windows open and give my A.C. a break.
I keep having dreams where my teeth break, crumble and fall out of my mouth. The last dream was really weird because only one tooth fell out of my mouth but the entire thing came out at one time. It looked like a horse tooth to me... long and slightly curved, freaked me out. Mostly because once it was in my hands it was way too huge to have come out of my head.
According to one website about dreams:
" One theory is that dreams about your teeth reflect your anxieties about your appearance and how others perceive you. Your teeth help to convey an image of attractiveness and play an important role in the game of flirtation, whether it is flashing those pearly white, kissing or necking. Thus, such dreams may stem from a fear of rejection, sexual impotence or the consequences of getting old. To support this notion, a dream research found that women in menopause report to have frequent dreams about teeth. This points to teeth dreams as being related to getting older and/or feeling unattractive and less feminine. Teeth are an important feature to your attractiveness and how you are presented to others. Caring about how you look is natural and healthy. "
Hahaha I know I am no where near the menopause stage of my life! So I feel like these reoccurring themes in my dreams are linked to my social anxieties and stressing out about how I feel about my appearance and how people see me as a person. Then I found this little snippet:
" The psychoanalysis contained in the dream messages provides us with an analytical study of our behavior. We understand why we act the way we do. We understand the meaning of our actions.
For example, dreams about teeth falling out are alarming signs that indicate great danger. When you see teeth falling out in a dream this means that you are making serious mistakes that will ruin your life.
These mistakes also cause great damage to your mental health. Your teeth represent your psychical energy in dreams. When you lose a tooth, this means that you are losing psychical energy. This is very bad for you. You must stop making serious mistakes and save your mental stability.
How could I conclude that this is the meaning of dreams about teeth falling out? This is not my opinion but the result of research and discoveries. " - Christina Sponias
I haven't been taking care of myself like I should. I don't sleep right at night and I haven't been going out and doing anything besides work and light grocery shopping. Maybe a little bit of the blues crept up on me...
