My microwave burnt out, so I've been having to heat water on the stove. I think I like the taste better, but the cup doesn't get too hot, so it gets cold quicker. Anyone else notice this sort of thing?
See imprefer non microwave water because overall the water stays hotter for longer. I would suggest though that you do what we used to do way back when - heat the cup up before making your tea. I've been meaning to get one of those fancy tea warmer things those look lovely.

I heat water on the stove, but then once it's brewed I chill it. Don't hate me. LOL!

lol My sister will heat up water, put a teabag in it, then walk away. So, same thing with her.

I think the coaster warmer may be easiest.
