So my roommate and I go grocery shopping today and wander aimlessly around the aisles for a good half-hour. I take a look at the time and realize that I have to get home soon so I can do my online homework before the deadline tonight. Being the massive dork that I am, this is how I interrupt my roommate while she's shopping:

"Hey, I'mma let you finish,... but I gotta get home soon."

At least she giggled. But that may have been a pity laugh.
