Work. Part One
A guy came in for his first day of work today and left a couple hours later. No explanation, just left and didn’t come back. The same day another guy from work didn’t show up, because he went to an interview and was hired on the spot.
That means I have to answer phones and deal with customers as if I work in retail. My job is to make money/prevent losses by writing responses to credit card charge backs and filing UPS claims. Then I do random customer service crap like answer e-mails, type on our live chat, and give basic technical support. I feel silly, but I really like writing letters to fight charge back claims. It is like a school report and debate contest all at one time. Once I was so excited, because I got to write three in one day. I have written two responses to Better Business Bureau complaints and one of their representatives responded by phone and complimented my letter. It was like getting an A. Okay I’m not normal.
