Sadly I do not have a picture of him in the brown Nana's Bottoms AIO we wore to the pediatrician today. She did not say one word about my cloth diaper, but she did open it up and expertly fold the velcro onto the laundry tab. However she said she would like something with zinc on his tushie at almost every other diaper change...that didn't see so cloth friendly but maybe I am wrong. He doesn't have a rash.
