Thanksgiving Dinner #2
Thanksgiving Dinner #1 went well...even if we did go to a restaurant. My mom took Wes and I out to a local Kenai restaurant for a surprisingly good Thanksgiving dinner. Today, is Dinner #2 when my mom and I are cooking. Why are we doing it this way? I have no idea..really. Good thing I like turkey. Last evening was spent sorting through family photos for a project my grandmother wants to do for my brother and me. There were times when I was getting a little teary and times when I just had to laugh. Today's agenda, besides dinner #2, will be the Kenai Art Guild's Arts and Crafts Show. Then tonight will be a big fireworks show to kick off Christmas comes to Kenai. Sometime today, is family Christmas decoration sort. That will be a little odd, knowing that my mom is getting rid of some (if not all) of the ornaments that used to be on her tree when I was a kid. Other than that, it was a good day. Everything went a lot better than I thought.
