Easy Dessert Recipe Numero Dos

Since I'm a bit bored I went ahead and whipped a second dessert to freeze overnight for Brad and I to enjoy.  Yum.  It seriously takes no time at all to prepare... you  just have to be patient as it freezes.

Cookies 'n Cream Pie
(this was my younger brother's childhood favorite)

1 1/2 c. cold half and half
1 pkg (4 serving) vanilla instant pudding mix
3 1/2 c. thawed cool whip (buy the large container)
1 c. crushed Oreos
1 chocolate cookie pie crust (ready made or pre-make your own)

Pour half and half into large bowl, add pudding mix and beat with a wire whisk 1 minute (I cheat and just use my Kitchenaid for this).  Let stand 5 minutes.  Fold in Cool Whip and Oreos.  Spoon into crust and freeze 6 hours or overnight.  Let stand 10 minutes to soften for serving!

I think it took me all of about 10 minutes (including the 5 minutes of sitting time for the pudding) to make this.  You can't beat that and people always love this dessert... it's creamy goodness.
