Summary - This is the companion piece to my Bodie and Doyle story, '57', where I tracked our heroes developing relationship through the episodes. Sadly we only had 13 episodes to do the same with Chris and Sam but it's still taken me a year to research and write this. Even if you never liked the show I hope you might give this story a chance. Brian Clemens set up the characters so that they could continue to develop in future series, something they never had the chance to do - so we have to do it for them. The sad recent news about Lew hit me really hard and I reached out to Chris and Sam to get me back into writing again. I will always love them for that. And finally, I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a fannish New Year. Luv, ILWB
