This is the sequel to the The Fidelity Files which is a book that I love, I have read it a few times even and I don't read books twice lately. There is rumor that this book and the original at being made into the premise for a tv show and I think that could be amusing.
This book picks up around where the afterwards, few month later section of The Fidelity Files ends. Jennifer Hunter has given up inspecting herself for a relationship with Jamie. She runs an agency now and sends her inspectors out, she just does the client meetings. So, Jennifer or Ashlyn as she is known when she is working, just really seems the emotion side now, in my opinion.
In her personal life Jennifer is Maid of Honor in her friends wedding and just engaged herself. But, even with these changes the lines between work and home/personal are starting to blur for Jennifer again and she isn't really sure that she can give up all the fidelity inspection like Jamie wants her to. What is comes down to is that Jennifer is thrown into a situation where she has to make a choice and live with the consequences and choice causes.
I really enjoyed this book. There were elements where the choices were effecting Jennifer mentally and physically and I liked how it showed choices effects all parts of your life. I also like how Jessica weaves her stories and keeps them moving all the time. Just an author I really enjoy right now, she has some YA books that I may have to check out. Defiantly, this is a book that I would recommend to a friend.
