Once again, we have grown in numbers, only to lose trusted friends in kind. May they have gone to a better place than this.
To those I have not yet met, and to old faces whom it is my pleasure to see once again, my sincerest of greetings. I am General Iroh of the Fire Nation. I am in charge of Discedo's dojo in the Mariner High School.
Once again, I wish to extend my request for those who are interested in cooperating to maintain the peace of the city through martial means. I have been working with armies for the better part of my life, and I have proposed a military force for Discedo before. My proposal was not met with overwhelming support, but I stand by my conviction that in order for there to be peace in this city, those who would disrupt that peace must be detained and restrained as efficiently and effectively as possible.
This is not the time for the strong to stand alone, but to work together if Discedo is ever going to be a place of peace and security. Only in banding together - in knowing and trusting in each other's strength - will we achieve the greatest of victories, which is safety for those who cannot protect themselves.
If we do not unite, then we will continue to fail against those who have. I cannot overemphasize this enough.
The Police Station has suffered many losses. It must be rebuilt. I can train anyone who wants to learn how to enforce the law, and I wish to hear from anyone who already has this skill.
I will be in the dojo in the High School gym if anyone wants to speak to me.
