I've been conducting this army on a volunteer basis for too long.
Anyone who thinks they might want to participate in reprisal against legal deviants in the future will report to the police station tomorrow to enlist under myself as a soldier. All others will kindly leave the enforcement of the law to those who are trained to keep it, or face legal persecution themselves.
We are much stronger, and much more effective, when we are united and organized in the enforcement of the law than when we are divided and torn by chaos. Anyone who wishes to uphold peace, I expect to meet you in the morning, or speak to you soon. For those I have not met yet, you may address me as General Iroh.
Additionally, I would like to know of anyone who has experience in non-combative legal enforcement - judges, scribes, and any additional professions. Discedo has no written laws, and if the law is to be enforced, it must first be present in a material form. It's about time this city had a proper government.
Miles Edgeworth - You have acted irrationally, threatened your senior officer, and proven yourself unreliable in a situation of conflict. The punishment for such conduct in my army is one that I know for a fact you could not endure with dignity.
I was under the impression that you were a keeper of the words of the law, not a vigilante. Resume conducting yourself as such, or you will find yourself in prison along with our present criminal. I did not tolerate dissent from my soldiers in my original army, and I will not tolerate it here.
