Yay! A prompt!

Super sorry to say Veronica Mars is not one of the fandoms in which I am fluent (never watched any of the show - but have stumble into reading a few crossovers with it). So, I'm going to have to go with your second one.

Thanks so much fot the prompt - even if it's not your first choice - I'm very intriuged by the chance to jump into Buffy's headspace.

don't worry re VM - I kind of expected it. It's one of those shows that was so good it was only ever watched by a handful of people - and then cancelled. The wisdom of the TV Gods.

Have fun with Buffy and Angel ... they're my old school otp, even if I don't think there would have been a chance in hell for them to make things work :D

Ooh. That sound like fun. Willow had a computer company recruit her in high shcool, why not GD perhaps later in life? And I really like the idea of having at least the core Scooby's to banter and make chaos in Eureka together.

Oh, I kinda don't quite know what you mean by song-fic.

If you want to give me the normal fandom and character info and have a song or bit of lyric be the prompt/inspiriation for the fic - I can work with that.

If you mean something else - feel free to explain and I'll see what I can do. I'm just giddy it's Wishlist season.

I can definitley work with that!

I'll probably have it be more on the side of friendship though since I think of Willow at that point in her life as very much still healing. And also I feel Sirius capicity to be an utterly loyal friend to those of his choosing (shown like crazy in the books) hasn't been explored to my liking in fic - usually it jumps to romance with him instead. It will be fun to play with the former.

*blinks* Well, thats one prompt I would never have considered doing on my own. *giggles*

I can't wait though, it sonds like so much fun ( I rather adore jumping in background characters heads and trying to figure out their voice - and I don't think I've ever read anything from Umbridge's POV)- thank you so much!

Alanna still hasn't forgiven Jon for what he did with Kel, and the loss of her friendship leaves a hole in his life.

If you haven't read the Kel books featuring that, then The Dark is Rising, it's Jane who is triggered into remembering what happened, and she has to find a way to convince the others it was all real.

Oh nos! Your reply to my prompt made me go take a glance at my page again and I realised I had never replied to you.

On to the prompt - my memory of the Kel books is fuzzy but I'll probably do the first one anyway because I rather love the Alanna series characters (I might through in the Wild Magic crew a bit as well). But actually, it's mainly because last year I ended up doing a Yuletide fic remarkably similar to your second prompt over at AO3.

Thanks so much for leaving a prompt and sorry again for the late response (also, curtsies to the compliment on my long list o' random - gotta admit I had fun throwing it together).

I do love Alanna as well :) so very happy you went for that! All you need to know from the Kel books is that when Jon puts Kel on her probation year, Alanna leaves court in anger, and I'm fairly sure she doesn't return until she comes to get a squire. It's just a throwaway line about how furious she is that Jon who knows how good female knights can be, still treats Kel differently.

I shall definitely check out your Jane fic! That sounds right up my street.

Oh and I just wanted to ask, for your Circle of Magic prompt, would you rather gen or pre-femslash (or hell actual femslash!)

I'm glad your happy with my choice to go with the Alanna one - the other little bit that was stuck in my head from the Kel books in relaton to that was that Alanna was banned from talking/contatcing Kel during her training. But I think she gets around it somewhat by sending her armour or something (this is where my memory goes fuzzy - I might see if there is a wiki entry to help me along and fill in the holes *laughs* ).

Oh, and as for the Jane fic, if you are interested it is called "Five Given Choice" and I am the author smolder over on AO3(or if you prefer I have the same name over at TTH and the fic is one of the chapters in the collection "Multitude").

For my own prompt, I'd prefer pre-femslash/ femslash.
