Parcels, parcels, parcels
Between today and tomorrow I have to get five parcels ready to send out. Three parcels with the prizes from our CKAL, one for the christmas gift swap and one for grandma.
One parcel is already packed and wrapped up. But for the other four parcels I still have things to get.
Apparently Dagi has some health issues, she already got tested for something during summer, and then again this week. Tomorrow she will learn the diagnosis. She's one of our CKAL winners, which means she'll get a hank of yarn. I figured it would be a nice gesture to give her a small "Backsteinengel", a figurine formed like an angel made to hold a small candle. These things are quite popular here. Little good luck charm.
Card to grandma is written. Her socks for Nikolaus are already wrapped up.
My to-do list says to organize chocolate for two recipients of parcels, to finish the sock and to get some christmas cards.
As it's already nearly evening the only things I can do today are buying chocolate and finishing the sock. Not much left to do -.-, just knit the heel, turn the heel and knit the toe.
After tomorrow I can rest. For a while. There are still too many things to do. And from next week on I'll spend the mornings in a schooling on how to find a job and how to apply for it -.-
