(no subject)
So the Lizard's been asking me how Christmas was. *sigh* Yeah, this is worth it's own post.
Short Answer: FUCKED UP.
Long Answer: Okay, here goes. With Grandpa's death and Grandma's screwed up knee surgery, we finally got Grandma to let us host the holidays. Since we're Polish Catholic (Well, they're Polish Catholic. I'm a Mutt Agnostic), we have more traditions for Christmas Eve. The sharing of the wafer and the meatless/fish dinner. For all we knew, everyone was going to do their own thing for Christmas Day. No one was telling us anything.
So guess what we find out on Christmas Eve...yeah Aunt Babs is hosting Christmas Day at her house and we have to go. It wasn't that bad...except I had planned to go see Sherlock Holmes. I did get to see it a few days later but still, I think I deserved a good pout over that. My relatives did the usual "just give her money" thing. Except Aunt Babs gave me a pair of PJs and a robe that was at least a size too small. Yay. Anywho. It wasn't that bad. It was just messed up and tiring.
Yeah. Anyway...Happy New Year!
Normally, I don't like making New Years Resolutions but I like what Topless Robot is suggesting. I'm going to make some Nerd Years Resolutions. This is a list of nerdy things that I plan on doing in 2010

- If not, add even more stuff to my PSP
- Organize my bookmarks. It will take the whole smegging year to do that.
- Read some of the Sherlock Holmes stories/novels
- Read more Mercedes Lackey novels. Slog through the Valdemar stuff
- Read more novels in general
- Level my rogue, paladin and...sigh my death knight to level 80
- Get Cataclysm and get me some worgen and goblins
- Read and watch more TMNT stuff...duh
