That's an awesome statement and one i've found to be truthy (in a Stephen Colbert way). My family worries about me when I take it into my head to make changes. :P So I have to reassure them that at this stage in my life that I 'incorporate' changes rather than making 'abrupt' changes.
But yeah, we don't stay the same person all our lives, at least some of us don't.

I seem to go through big changes every 5 years. This used to alarm me, but now I kind of look forward to it.
