(no subject)

Today I translate what I wrote last October 29th, so my English readers can understand (but, folks, you didn't miss anything special, I assure you!),
As usual, forgive my mistakes.

I have a Live Journal and I don't know what to do with it. Writing? Everybody do it! :-P
Joking apart, logging in LJ was the only way to join the community dedicated to Cutler Beckett (The Worshipful Company of Cutler's), a very lovely site that I lurked for a long time.
So here I am, with a blog too many on my back. It's because I'm not a blog kind. I like reading others (some blogs are better than some books or some magazines), but if I do it I don't feel confortable (which is exctally the way I feel now). And yet I love writing; and yet it seems to me that in my own small way I could tell something... but, I don't know, it doesn't work. Most of all it's a matter of time: I have not! I'm a housewife, but I have two children (and one of them is autistic), a cat and no help. (My husband works, somebody must bring at home money!) Among interests and pledges, I have troubles following everything. And because I love writing, if I have to choose between a blog or a fiction I surely choose fiction. Or also an e-mail to a friend or a comment in forum that I use to frequent (www.shire.it A nice place where everybody love Pirates!).
This means that you'll read a little by me, here. Not a great loss for humankind, believe me.
Ah, yes. There also is a matter of language. Theorically I should post in English, because this community is international and English is the language that everyone speaks. But however good  could  be my English (and it's not), I can't  mistuse it more than due. Especially in a blog. It's such a beautiful language, I love and respect it. It deserves something better.
See you soon (maybe),

Giulia

A small note. A blogger wrote: a blog is a way to comunicate with several friends when you have no time to comunicate with each friend.
Well, this is a good point of view and an excellent argumentation in favour of blog. :-)
