Oh am I feeling sore. Ray had me doing upper body stuff on Wednesday, where I've never been strong, and we sat down to talk about my diet. Im now doing 6 meals a day, each between 200-250 calories, which I makes sense, so that my metabolism is always working. What Im having a hard time with is the "no carbs after 5 rule." I like to have something sweet when Im curled up at night.
Today was my first session since Wednesday, and dang. So happy it wasnt upper body again (its bee a while since I was this sore), but wow. Lower body today. I thought I was pretty strong in my lower body, but I was shaking by the end of today's work out. To top it off Im suppose to be doing intensive cardio 3-5 times a week, so tomorrow morning I get to run on these sore legs.
But no more complaining. I want this.
After the gym I went tanning, and while I know its awful for me, I love it. Its my little cancer casket.
Afterwards I went out to lunch with Anjoli, whom I havent spoken to in a while. We had a good time, and I hope she does well with her Masters Degree.
Came home, did laundry, cleaned, played with my dog. My life has become quite routine. Oh, and I got a call for Boy Who I Dated But No Longer Like (Because He Turned Out to Be Weird). He apparently just wanted to talk. He also called K just to talk (who then called me complaining, saying that she doesnt even like this kid and doesnt want him talking to her. she pretended to be nice to him for my sake). This Boy is weird, not smart, and acting scandalous. How does one maintain a professional, friendly relationship with someone they sorta-dated, when in all actually find him clingy and childish?
Now, Im watching the Magic game and stalking ebay.
