Hey! About blogging and Japan
Hey, all! I haven't posted a personal post in soo long. Well over a year. I've been posting fics though, which I still enjoy writing/reading.
I've started writing more blog/journal-ish things on my wordpress account (cinematic22) . I had to get one for my writing class. Posting in it is a grade >_> Something I've never been happy about because, as you can see, I don't normally post things about myself. But I've found that it's a lot of fun, if I have something to say.
And soon, I will have something to really talk about!
My trip to Japan in a little more than a month! Yay! May come quicker!
I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself. Thinking about it makes me so happy! And, what makes me even happier is we're landing in Osaka! I think for only a few hours or for the night, but still! Osaka! My dream! We're staying mostly in Matsuyama, for two weeks with a day trip to Hiroshima. Then, off to Kyoto! Second dream come true! (Well, hell, I'll take anywhere in Kansai. I just want to go to Kansai). Then to Tokyo. I feel all bored about Tokyo! But I'm going to enjoy it, I know it. (Honestly I just want to go to Tokyo and find the Johnny's store, but I read you need a ticket to get in there on the weekends/holidays?? Wow. But we won't be there on the weekend so, doesn't matter. I just thought it was crazy).
I'm a bit sad though, since I have to save my money, I'm not able to preorder the LE Jukebox DVD, because with shipping and everything ($20 what the hell) it'll be about $80. I can't do that, not with my trip. So, I either must A) wait it out until I get back, the price drops, or whatever or B) buy it in Japan if it's potentially cheaper by then and I'm willing to spend my money on it. I really want it! But I just can't spend $80. Getting 8est for my birthday last year at about $75 was a stretch (but I paid shipping so my parents paid $55). I'll have to wait.
This is an oddly long post for me, especially it being personal and all. I'm thinking of posting more, I want to be active here for whatever reason. Haha. Maybe posts from Japan and random fandom things. We'll see!
