i'm not in prison.
So for those of you who don't live in Pcola, and those who do and don't read the News Journal, this evagelist that my family knows (and doesn't support, and never have) is going to prison for breaking the law. (http://www.pensacolanewsjournal.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2006611030338)
Someone wrote into the News Journal under my Dad's name and claiming he was from my parent's church, and made some statement about how he supported the evangelist because he had a son that is in federal prison and other ridiculous things like that.
My parent's have gotten phone calls. Lots of them. "I didn't know Tom was in prison, I thought he was in law school."
I am not writing this from prison. My parents do not support people who openly break the law. We know Kent Hovind, but we don't support the things he does. He is not our friend. My Dad did not write that letter.
So if by any chance you hear someone say something about this, do my folks a favor and set them straight.
