The gang has always been suspected of criminal activity but the police were never able to pin anything on any of the members. Now that the old leader has been ousted and Bane has seemingly taken command of the group (Talia could still be really calling the shots from the background but knows Bane would get taken more seriously) they are hoping to be able to take a new crack at the gang and put them behind bars.
Naturally Blake, as a fairly new cop, gets sent undercover to infiltrate said group.
Pretty open. Take it wherever you want it. Preferably no hard non-con but I'm fine with dub-con (probably more fine then I should be). Blake could be attracted to them on his own or they could decide they want to "initiate" the new guy and have their fun with him, maybe get attached.
Bonus points for Bane keeping his helmet on almost all of the time because of his facial scars and only taking it off if he's with people he feels comfortable with (Barsad/Talia/possibly Blake later on).
More bonus points for Blake mistaking Barsad for basically being a motorcycle groupie of Bane's then realizing that he's nearly as dangerous as Bane.
Annddd some more bonus points for them bending Blake over a motorcycle and taking turns with him.
