Genre I will beta: I am really not fussy; I will beta just about anything and everything. The only things I really can't get into are terminally ill fics and psychological fuckery, but even the latter is growing on me.

Pairings I will beta: My preference would be Blake/Bane because I am fresh here from the Inception fandom where I am a hardcore Arthur/Eames shipper, but I am perfectly happy to give any pairing a shot. I personally can't see Talia/Catwoman, but I am not even ruling that out because hey, you might surprise me.
EDIT: Het is not usually my thing (I don't mind it; it's just not my first choice), but I could really get behind Bane/Talia origin stories.

Trigger(s) I will not beta: Rape/non-con/dub-con are my biggest cringers, but it depends on how much focus is given on the abuse. Of course it's something that would define the character(s) and become a fundamental plot point, and that I can be okay with, but if it's a highly detailed scene, or, as myxomycota mentioned, part of a pwp, I'm not sure I'll be able to handle it.

I am super interested in the John Blake character and want to write an epic back-story, link it to canon and beyond that...if I can convince someone to beta for me. (I mean I will write it anyway, it just won't see the light of day)
I am the argue/discuss/ask kind of writer, so drafts go back and forth with additions and questions and notes.

Hey, I'm writing a fill for this prompt. It's a fairy tale AU, so you'll have to like AUs (though in my head everyone correlates to their canon position perfectly!). It's got endgame Bane/Blake (with a pretty slow build up), side Bruce/Talia (I haven't quite decided if they're going to be endgame or not), and Bane/Talia bffs.

I've been having writer's block from hell, but this sort of thing is right up my ally, so I thought I'd try to crack it with this. Problem is that everything is feeling really unwieldy and clunky. I'm probably just narrating too much or something, but a second opinion would be much appreciated. I don't have that much written out yet, so it'll be a few days before I'll be ready to send the first chunk over if you decide to take it.

Hi, did you say AU? I love AUs. I love AUs almost as much as I love slow build ups, so you've got me on two counts now. And you're right, the prompt is actually very canon.

Hiya, I'm looking for a beta and was wondering if you'd be interested? It's an odd idea - an Inception/DKR fusion/crossover thing, so I'd really like someone familiar with Inception.

Basically, it's the backstory of DKR as an Inception origins story. Things change in such a way that Bane becomes Eames, Talia becomes Mal, and John becomes Arthur. I'm also planning for it to be Arthur/Eames, eventually.

I've got about 5k so far, and I'd love to have someone to soundboard a few ideas with as well as to check my SPAG. Let me know if you're interested! :)

I'm sorry, did you say Inception/TDKR crossover? YOU BET YOUR TUCHUS I'M INTERESTED!

I'm actually intrigued as to how you would do this- pretty much all of the Inception/TDKR fic I've seen has had them start in Inception, and then Eames somehow becomes Bane. So the thought of having it the other way around is fascinating.

I already have one beta for my fics, Who_Gate. But two is always better then one. Or at least it was when I was still writing for The Hunger Games fandom.
