sleep apnea test
Well I had a sleep apnea test and found out it was vary sevear, Well not knowing much about it, I did some research on it. An I didn't know that there was that many health affects behind it, some being heartattack, stroke and some mental illnesses. Anyway I am getting the final details about it on this coming monday. But I can see some good sides on it all, is hopefully I can get off some of the medication I am on for starters. Wish me luck on it...
