Klaus, in the Hangar, with the Gundams

Summary: Klaus awakens to find himself not buried in rubble, but lying on the floor of the Gundam hangar. Already, he's in over his head.
The last thing Klaus remembered before waking up on the cold, concrete floor was of the ceiling coming down and of bodies hitting the floor as Automatons devastated his base and his men.
He groaned and pushed himself up, expecting to encounter debris and the sight of blood. He blinked, his heart racing for an entirely different reason.
There was no blood, no debris, and no bodies. In fact, it looked like the place hadn't been touched. And when he looked up and around, his eyes adjusting to the light--or lack thereof--he realized he wasn't alone. Things, machines, towered above him. Mobile suits he realized with a startled feeling. And then:
"Are those... Are those Gundams?"
