Where: Hut #15, the village (omg she didn't end up on the beach!)

Summary: Melissa wakes up in hut #15. Assuming she's been kidnapped or something, she goes into soldier mode.
It was hot. Melissa rolled onto her back, groaning. "Hey, someone open a window! I'm freaking melting here." When there was no response, she opened her eyes to look around the room... which was not the room she remembered. Full alertness kicking in, she slowly sat up, reaching for the gun she kept under her pillow. Despite being in a strange place, it was there. She turned off the safety and stood. "Sousuke? Kurz?" She took a few steps toward the door, listening. "Sagara! Weber!" Still no response. Making a 'tch' sound, she continued to the door, opening it with the utmost care to be absolutely silent. She then checked the hallway before stepping out. There didn't seem to be anyone around, but to be sure, she checked every room with the same practiced caution.
When she finished checking (including under beds and in closets), she approached the front door, easing it open to peek out. It was dim, the sun nearly gone for the day, but heat rushed in regardless. Bare feet met sand as she exited the hut, gun lowered as she surveyed her new surroundings.
