RP Log - Cleaning Up

When: The morning after Quatre comforts Heero
Where: Allenby's hut (used to be Relena's)

Notes: Short and sweet... well... sad... I guess...
Summary: Heero goes to see if anything was left behind in Relena's room. Allenby comes home to find him in there.
Heero walked in, not caring really if anyone was there. Of course, there wasn't. Link must have been out exploring his new surroundings. If Heero remembered correctly, one of the Allenby's classes was running today. As for Miroku... He wasn't sure. He walked into the room where Relena had been staying to see if anything was still there.
Allenby came back from class. She stepped into the hut and headed into the kitchen to get something to eat. She was tired. It had been a little longer than usual. She took a drink of water and went to grab a shower.
Heero opened the closet, spotting something on the floor in there. He picked it up... a teddy bear. He sat down on the bed, holding it in his hands.
Allenby paused when she heard someone in the vacated room where Relena had been. She walked over to the door and looked in, now noticing it was open. "Oh... hello," she said to Heero.
He looked at her quickly.
"Are you alright?"
He sighed. "I don't know," he said quietly, looking back at the bear.
"Did she leave that behind?" she asked.
"I guess."
Allenby nodded and walked in. She sat down next to him on the bed. "I don't know what I'd do if Jamie was taken away," she said softly. "I'm sorry she's gone. I know you two were close."
Heero nodded.
"Well, I'll let you be." She patted his shoulder and then got up.
"When did you see her last?" he asked.
"The night before she left, I think," Allenby said. "Why?"
"Did she seem... happy?"
Allenby nodded. "She did."
Heero nodded.
Allenby waited to see if he was going to say anything else, but, when nothing came, she turned again. "Stay as long as you need to," she said. "I'm just going to take a shower."
"Hn."
She left, heading into the bathroom.
