Commissioning Terms of Service

These terms only apply to Noncommercial commissions.
The terms can be changed at any time without notice, however will not be applied retroactively.

Payment and Refunds
 

• This artist currently only accept payments through Paypal.
• When sending payment, please send through the Payments -> Services channel.
• Once the commission has been agreed on and the artist sends the commissioner the price quote, the commissioner must send full payment in a week, otherwise their slot shall be forfeited.
• The artist will not begin work on commission until payment has been received.
• The artist reserves the right to decline a commission as well as cancel one. Canceled commissions will be refunded minus any work that has already been done.
• The artist reserves the right to charge for revisions past a limited amount of changes. Once the final sketch has been approved, no changes can be made.
• Refunds can be given, minus any work that has already been done.

Communication

• This artist is a slower artist. The commissioner will not usually be waiting to receive finished art for more for a month or two, but the art will not be completed in only a few days time.
• The artist will attempt to notify the commissioner if there are any delays.
• Rude or abusive behavior towards the artist will result in the commission's immediate cancellation, minus any work that has been done.
• If no updates have been given, please inquire about your commission only every two weeks or so.

Subject Matter

• Please know what you want before you send in a commission request.
• The artist will not design characters for you. She prefers to work from reference sheets, but can work from detailed descriptions.

Copyrights and Permissions

• The artist retains full rights to the artwork produced; this includes rights for prints and advertising.
• You MAY NOT use edit, redistribute, sell prints of, claim credit of, or use the artwork for advertising.
• You are granted limited rights for personal use, such as using the artwork for a wallpaper, icons, signatures, etc. as long as credit is given somewhere.
• FA Users: You may upload the image on your account as long as it is unedited and fully credited.
• Rejected sketches from your commission may be recycled for later use.
