Down the Road Again.......

You can either be a leader or a follower. Here's my question, the people that can lead but don't. Why? Why do some people who can lead choose not to? Is it because they are scared to? But then what are they scared of, or do they see something that others can't see. Because the have the ability to lead, do they see something everyone else is missing, something that would suck very much if it was to find it's way to them while they were in charge?

Why do some people who absolutely suck at leading stay in charge? You know, the people that you know will mess things up; yet people still look to them. I don't get it at all.
