i love weekends. i vote we have school on tuesday wednesday and thursday, and we have a four day weekend every week. that would be way better than this dumb 5 day week some looser came up with. weekends are what i live for. too bad they are so short now that i have no time to do anything but go to church and do homework. and see a movie.
i saw star wars three... finally. my opinion: good special effects, HORRIBLE script, funny costumes, HORRIBLE script, hayden christiansen is hot, whoever wrote the script was seriously disturbed. i was satisfied... but it wasnt awesome.
church rocks. i love everything about it. i love the lessons. acts and ephesians are EXCELLENT. i love sermons. i love FELLOWSHIP. i couldnt go to the picnic today :(. oh well... i CANNOT wait for the cary youth rally!!! i am stoked!
speaking of church... i was flipping through my cosmogirl last night and there was this story about how this girl and her family got sucked into a cult... i was interested, you know, because cults are weird. i have always thought of a cult as some creepy group of people who give up their worldly possessions to some evil, greedy, power-hungry, yet charismatic man. cult members are supposed to be bald. (dont know why, thats just how i picture them.) and they say chants and live in far away places and become trapped in the cult and have to escape through great and terrifying obstacles. so i was reading... the article was about how this girl escaped from the cult of... THE ICOC. thats the INTERNATIONAL CHURCHES OF CHRIST. i read all about how her family joined and felt included and stuff and i started freaking out. her family was just like mine. i identified with EVERYTHING she talked about. TRIANGLE was a part of the icoc until a couple years ago. that means i was a member of a CULT for 8 years of my life. and im not bald. i, TAYLOR COX, was a member of the nationally known CULT of the icoc. oh my word.
thats why we left.
note -dont get me wrong, triangles not bad, they became unaffiliated with the icoc and are working to become a better, stronger church... but still...

so i just finished my ap environMENTAL project and i am home alone... doing nothing. i should be at the picnic. whatever.
the cast list for inherit the wind it posted tomorrow... :O ! i dont know what to expect... duhn duhn duhn.
i wonder what i am going to have for dinner. i want cottage cheese for dessert.
by the way, (liz,) i went to the soda shop for dinner friday night with my family and it was SOOO good. their barbecue is the best. i was in heaven.
