Saturday, my father passed out while driving his pick-up and crashed into a house. One of his vertebrae is shattered. On the bright side: he's not paralyzed, and they appear to have hopes of full recovery from it. Right now, they appear to be more concerned about why he's passing out and have him in ICU for observation.

That's the news.
