Naive Years
In my naive years, i resisted any mention of getting work done by consultants, which we could easily do ourselves.
Why would we pay them $100 an hour for stuff that we know how to do ourselves. But as the years passed, i came to realise it is not how much you had to pay, but its getting the job done that mattered.
If we do not have the time to do it, then regardless of the cost, it has to be done somehow.
Glad that my staff, who has been resisting talks of engaging the consultant, is on MC today. Makes the discussion with the consultant later today that much easier :x
