Craft Wrap-Up

Here we go! There's movement, and a tightening up of items. I'm wrapping projects up, and being good and not adding new ones in. Yet.

Quilting (nothing happened in this section. just skip it.)

• Mystery Quilt: (ignored) pieced the center of the top. Starting to think about the fiddly piecing that has to happen, though, and might wrap this one up soon. Still thinking about this, and want to get it moving again before the end of the month.
• The Boy's Quilt: (ignored)  I need to clean my floor, move furniture, and get this sandwiched.
• My Quilt: (ignored) With the no need to think of my son's quilt's piecing, I think this one will sit a little longer.
• The jelly roll quilt: (ignored until the Mystery Quilt is done) I've showed the fabric to everyone who would hold still long enough to look. I'm pondering background colors now.

Knitting

• Birthday tank top: Sides are sewn up. I just need to pick up and knit the neckline and armholes, then I'll have a summer tank top. Woo hoo!
• LIME GREEN TANK: Picked up again, because of events in the last day. Some of the rows are slower than others, and slow this down. I hope to keep picking it up so I can meet the deadline of SSK in July.
• Orange top: I was chugging along on the first pattern part of this, and was 3/4 through it, when my needle snapped. As it was the only size 3 circ I seem to own, this is now on hold until I can acquire another one. I'm thinking of running up to the LYS tonight.
• I did a bunch on the blanket, then put it away again when I was ready to get moving on the tops once more. Also tonight I'm thinking of winding up some socks yarn, and casting those on soon. Or whip up a pair of baby booties. There's a need for a few pair of those coming along.

Cross Stitch (move along, move along...)

• Yellowstone Lodge: (ignored)

Spinning

• Market Spinning: Tagged and set out for sale. This is the last entry for this fiber.
• Wisteria Spinning: Finished the first half, and started on the second.
• Selfish sock yarn: (ignored) no movement. But I found it!
• 3#Fiber: (ignored) I'm going to start the test-spinning to reach a DK or Worsted weight this month. No, really. I've still got time...
