Sake-tastic

Last weekend was blissfully restful, apart from practice both days. Then last night. We have practice every other night this week too...scrimmage against the Toxic Shocks tonight. I'm becoming progressively whipped. This morning when the alarm went off I was still in a dead sleep. I don't think I had a single dream. Or at least, I didn't remember any, and that's odd for me. I always wake with rediculous stories. Waffle didn't even stir me with his pipe cleaner antics, and that's generally surefire.

I am super excited for Sunday, but I also sort of can't wait to sleep again. I don't remember what it's like to come home and just *chill*. It's always pull in the drive, change my clothes, cram a can of tuna or a granola bar, feed that cats, tape my ankles and back out the door to practice. Or some other Derby-related thing. Don't get me wrong- I love it. Passionately, even. But zahm, zoo...

Zach and Scotty AND Beth are all coming down for "My First Bout" :P I'm waiting for some plastic skates or something, heh heh.

That after-party is gonna kick. First drink since... okay. I bowed at dinner Saturday night... which I guess is how I meant this post to go and failed miserably to communicate. It was Sake-tastic. Which is appropriate, really. I freaking love eatng on the baclony at Ru-San's.

I freaking love ATL.
