08. Why is it hard to sleep when you aren't feeling well and need it most?
a) There is only so much "rest" most people can take before they get restless by rashiea
c) Your brain is wonky and cannot go through its REM cycles because its stuck in survival mode. by shoujo_bubbles
09. Why does your body reject food while ill when it obviously needs the fuel?
b) Your body is working on overtime to make you better, so it can't handle dealing with anything else from the outside. by rashiea
